Children eat well at Faith Seeds. We serve wholesome breakfasts, balanced lunches, and tasty snacks throughout the day to fuel play and learning.

A healthy kids' meal

Breakfast

  • Oatmeal with milk, banana slices, and cinnamon
  • Whole wheat toast
  • Apple juice
  • Pancakes / Waffles

AM Snack

  • Apple slices
  • Cheese stick

Lunch

  • Turkey and cheese sandwich on whole wheat
  • Baby carrots and cucumber slices
  • Yogurt with mixed berries
  • Water to drink

Afternoon Snack

  • Whole grain crackers
  • Graham crackers
  • Cheese
  • Goldfish

PM Snack

  • Graham crackers
  • Cheese
  • Fresh fruits
